Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your request and consent where applicable. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are normally deleted within 12 months, unless legal or operational requirements justify longer retention.

Service providers

Form handling and hosting may involve Netlify, while email communications may involve Microsoft 365. Data is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by contacting the address above. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.

Confidential information

Do not submit passwords, crew medical information, security plans or other highly sensitive vessel information through the public form. Such material should be exchanged only through an agreed secure channel.
